Answer 1: Please visit a Lifestyle Communication Wireless store in your area. You may also be eligible for a loaner phone.Visit or call a Lifestyle Communications store near you for details.
Answer 2: Your battery should be properly conditioned in order to reach peak performance. For most phones, the battery should be drained and charged for at least 14 hours for the first 3-4 charges.

Please also check your phone’s User Manual to ensure you receive optimum performance for your battery.
Answer 3: A green light on your charger, and/or a battery indicator on the phone itself will advise you when the battery is fully charged. For the best reference, please consult with the User Manual that came with your phone.

Call Waiting:

To connect incoming call while putting original call on hold: 2 SEND

Call Waiting for GSM phones:
The call waiting feature must first be turned on through the phone's menus. Refer to the manufacturer's user guide.

Conference 3:
To put first person on hold, enter 3rd party's number and press send
To conference all calls, press 3 SEND
To switch between the two parties, press 2 SEND
To end current call & connect to the second party, press 1 SEND

Conference 6 for GSM phones:
It is recommended that you consult the User Manual of your GSM phone for step-by-step instructions on how to make a conference call. Typically, however, the steps are:
1. Dial the first person's number, and connect with that party.
2. Put the first call on hold.
3. Dial the next person's number, and connect with this party.
4. Connect the two calls by pressing the "Link" or "Connect" command.
5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 until up to 5 parties are linked with you.
6. End the conference call by pressing the End key.

Answer 7: You may send a text message to another Rogers subscriber through the Rogers.com website We’ll even tell you the total number of words and characters you’ve used.
Answer 8: There is NO charge for any messages you receive from Rogers. For example, we may send you information regarding important notices, changes to your account, special offers etc.
Answer 9: We will attempt to re-send the message, however messages are stored for a maximum of 72 hours. If after 72 hours the message was not sent, it would be deleted from our message center.
